• Supabase — our database provider that securely stores your email and zodiac sign
• Vercel — our hosting provider that serves our website
• Anthropic — the AI provider that powers our roadmap generator (your inputs are processed to generate responses but not stored by Anthropic for our purposes)

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and security standards. We only share the minimum information necessary for them to provide their services.

Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers

If StarsPath AI is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred to the new owner. We will notify you via email if this occurs and you will have the option to delete your data before the transfer.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

• Waitlist data — retained until you request deletion or 2 years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first
