Welcome to StarsPath AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at starspathai.com (the "Site") or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services. Your continued use of StarsPath AI constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any updates we make to them.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses our services, including our waitlist, AI roadmap generator, and any future paid features.

2. Eligibility and age requirements

To use StarsPath AI, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will immediately terminate their access and delete their information.

3. Description of services

StarsPath AI provides an AI-powered career guidance platform that combines zodiac sign personality archetypes with modern career intelligence. Our services include:

• AI-generated personalized career roadmaps based on your zodiac sign and career preferences
• Waitlist registration for early access to premium features
• Career match scoring and recommendations
• Milestone tracking and progress tools (coming soon)
• AI career coaching (coming soon for paid plans)

4. User accounts and waitlist

Waitlist registration

By joining our waitlist, you provide your email address and optionally your zodiac sign. You agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and belongs to you
• You will receive emails from StarsPath AI related to our launch and product updates
• You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email

Future accounts

When we launch paid features, you may be required to create an account. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use StarsPath AI only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use our services to spam, harass, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or abuse our platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Use our AI generator to create harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

Our platform uses artificial intelligence, specifically Anthropic's Claude, to generate personalized career roadmaps and recommendations. By using our AI generator, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only
• Career recommendations are based on general patterns and should not be taken as guaranteed outcomes
• Zodiac-based personality insights are one perspective among many and are not scientifically validated predictors of career success
• You are solely responsible for any career decisions you make based on our content
• We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary levels, or career advancement
• AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or outdated information

We encourage you to treat our roadmaps as a starting point for your career exploration, not as a definitive plan. Consulting with qualified career professionals is always advisable for major career decisions.

7. Intellectual property

Our content

StarsPath AI and all content on our Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, code, and AI-generated content — are owned by or licensed to StarsPath AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from our Site without our express written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of any information you submit to StarsPath AI. By submitting information, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that information to provide our services to you.

Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution to you.

8. Pricing and payments

StarsPath AI currently offers free services including our AI roadmap generator and waitlist. When we introduce paid plans, the following will apply:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed before any purchase
• Payments will be processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at legal@starspathai.com

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive 30 days notice before any price increases take effect.

9. Privacy

Your use of StarsPath AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Disclaimer of warranties

StarsPath AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation
• Results obtained from using our services will meet your expectations

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarsPath AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or career outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StarsPath AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to our platform

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StarsPath AI at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may stop using our services at any time. If you have a paid account, you may cancel through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of StarsPath AI will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against StarsPath AI.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Send an email notification to registered users and waitlist members
• Post a prominent notice on our Site

Your continued use of StarsPath AI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using our services.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StarsPath AI regarding your use of our services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
